Culligan Connect App Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Are all the Apps compatible on iOS and Android?

A: Yes, the Apps are compatible on Android 6 or iOS 13 or newer operating systems.

Q: How do I pair the app to my system?

A: Download your pairing guide here for iOS or Android devices.

Q: Will customers need to share their wireless password? 

A: No. Homeowners will not need to share their password. The system pairs using Bluetooth, which a Culligan technician will do for the homeowner at the time of system installation.

Q. Will the equipment work with 5G cellular?

A: Our system is designed to connect to the internet using 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Our system will not directly connect to cellular service.

Q: Can I use the Culligan Connect App with Alexa or Google Home? 

A: At this time, the Culligan Connect App is not compatible with Alexa or Google Home. We are looking into this for future development.

Q: Are there RSSI requirements or recommendations to ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection? 

A: The connection is best when the signal strength is –50 dBm or higher.
